01. Will I have the same Nurse each visit?
We work with our clients to find which of our nurses will be the best fit for your circumstances. We are mindful that our staff will be coming into your home and personal space and we want you to feel comfortable with the people who provide your care. Alcerta Care will always strive to put together the appropriate team for your needs, so you will see the same faces and not have a different nurse each visit.
02. Are your nursing services only for Aged Care clients?
No. At Alcerta Care we have a diverse range of nurses with differing levels of experience and a client base that is just as diverse. We have the capacity to provide care for everyone from the age of 0 right through to old age and end-of-life care. We will find the right nurse to suit your individual needs including age.
03. Do you provide nursing services for people on the NDIS?
Yes. We pride ourselves on being able to provide exceptional and responsive care to people who are a part of the NDIS. Alcerta Care has a capable and experienced team of nurses who are able to provide a wide range of nursing services to NDIS participants of all ages. We understand that each person’s needs are specific and also that these needs may require adjustments over time. Our nurses are able to provide a range of services tailored to the individual, from nursing assessments and simple wound care, through to the most complex care comprising a multifaceted suite of services.
04. What if I need to speak to someone after business hours?
We have a business hours number for general enquiries or matters that arise during the business hours of 8.30am - 5pm. A dedicated after-hours number is staffed for nursing queries directly related to your current care, scheduling issues, or short-notice shift changes between the hours of 5pm-11pm and from 4am-8.30am. If you have a nursing concern outside of our manned telephone hours, and you are unsure it can wait, we recommend calling HealthDirect on 1300 642 255. If you have a medical emergency you should always call an ambulance on 000.
05. How much does Alcerta Care cost?

06. What areas do you service?
We service all areas of Brisbane from the northern suburbs up to Caboolture, down to the southern regions of the Gold Coast and west out to Ipswich. We are always expanding our service areas, so if you are outside of these areas please give us a call and we may be able to assist you or point you in the right direction of a provider servicing your area.
